Mutoh Spitfire Extreme Mild-solvent Printers (High-volume Production)
Mutoh Spitfire Extreme printers target the outdoor sign production market that require mid-term outdoor durability, as well as high and medium printing speed on standard available outdoor uncoated substrates.
All Spitfire Extreme printers utilize Mutoh’s patented i² (Intelligent Interweaving) print technology. With i² print technology, ink is laid down in carefully optimized waveforms, not the traditional straight lines used by most wide-format inkjet printers. The end-result is a drastic reduction or even total elimination of the typical defects such as horizontal banding, step mismatch banding, ink mottle and bleed and the visible effects of missing or misfiring nozzles.

Mutoh Spitfire 65/90 Extreme
The Spitfire 65 Extreme (65") and Spitfire 90 Extreme (90") use Mild-solvent inks to print direct to vinyl and perfectly meet the needs of typical sign makers focusing on volume production of outdoor prints with medium-term durability. They offer high to medium printing speed on standard available outdoor uncoated substrates.
►Note: The use of Mild-solvent Inks requires room ventilation/air purification.

Mutoh Spitfire 100 Extreme
The Spitfire 100 Extreme meets the needs of typical sign makers focusing on high volume production of outdoor prints with medium-term durability like no other machine ever did before! Using mild solvent inks, the Spitfire 100 Extreme prints directly onto standard available uncoated vinyl, banner and soft signage materials with a maximum media width up to 102.52” and a printing width up to 102.13”.
